About The Antagonist’s Prison
“No one deserves Critch.” It is said by heathens and oligarchs. Heard in the darkest alleyways of Indigo Bay. Whispered by those who don’t know. And as a warning in The City Beneath the Bay.
It’s been three years since Aaron Bennett banished Critch to the corners of his mind. But that smile still gleams, waiting in its cage. Aaron is stable until Jaslynn Phillips offers him a human connection for the first time. Unfortunately, just as Jaslynn’s true intentions emerge, a monster trudges out of the harbor and kidnaps her.
Critch seizes this opportunity and explodes from his mental cell. Despite Aaron’s meticulous control over his past, his future, and his own mind, his control was more fragile than he believed.
In order to rescue Jaslynn from The City Beneath, he must revive his old life of violence, fear and the wealthy beyond measure.
