Board overview

The Sisters Festival of Books board provides strategic direction, financial oversight, and community stewardship for the festival and its year‑round programming. Board members work in partnership with staff and volunteers to sustain the organization’s mission, ensure long‑term stability, and deepen our impact in Central Oregon’s literary and arts community.
